Harsh Lambah, Country Manager, Regus at the Chennai launch of Spaces mentioned that they will open new co working spaces in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata. He also mentioned that during a survey they found out that over 55 per cent of desks lie empty at some point in company and that’s why co working spaces are best as they don’t charge much and you don’t have to lease an office for years.
The Chennai co working space has 421 work stations and 60 private offices which can be utilized at INR 14,000 and INR 10,000 per month. Also, with new startups emerging every month, co working spaces are coming to be really advantageous as they don’t cost a fortune and gives flexibility to sign for few months only.
