Indian Creative Forum and Tranxact are organising Baithak 3.0: A conversation on Competition Law event at Coworkin Nehru Place.
Indian creative forum and Tranxact work for the benefit of freelancers and creative folk in India. Usually, the freelancers in India are clueless about their legal rights and thus end up losing money. Several startups and freelancers do not have enough access and knowledge about the various laws that work for their benefits. In that pursuit, Indian Creative Forum & Tranxact are organising the event on Competition Law on June 24th.
About The Event
The challenges posed by competition law are largely untested and demand a deeper engagement with the subject. Baithak 3.0 aims to scrutinise some of its key components, as well as break down the formal spaces within which law has been confined, and bring the legal fraternity together for an open, fluid conversation.
